How It Works

Step 1: Buyer and Seller agree to terms

Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction. The agreement includes the selling price, payment of taxes and fees, delivery arrangements, the number of days allowed for the buyer to inspect/test/install/assemble the merchandise.

Step 4 : Delivery

DSV LOGISTICS delivers the merchandise and all related documents to the Buyer.

 

Step 2: Escrow Contract

DSV LOGISTICS prepares the escrow contract in accordance with the agreement reached by the Buyer and Seller. The contract must be signed by the parties before proceeding to the next step.

 

Step 5 : Buyer's decision

The Buyer has an agreed upon time to either accept or reject the merchandise.

  • If the merchandise is accepted, DSV LOGISTICS releases the funds to the Seller.

 

  • If the merchandise is rejected, the Buyer is refunded when DSV LOGISTICS collects the merchandise and all related documents.

 

Step 3 : Payment in Escrow

The Buyer submits payment to DSV LOGISTICS. The receipt of funds in our secured, non interest bearing trust Escrow Account is confirmed and the transaction can proceed to the next step.
